I had a new Chamberlain garage door opener installed today and maintenance done on the door itself. McKenna and Josh did an outstanding job with the installation of the unit, and the servicing they performed on the door. They explained the entire process before they started, the price (which was really good), and explained why the door sounded like a freight train every time it opened or closed. They took care of the freight train noise, and showed me how to use the remote and the MyQ app when they finished. They were both as nice as could be, and you could tell that they really wanted everything to work the way it should. If I had to give them and their company a score between 1 and 10, it would probably be more like a 14 or 15, absolutely off the chart. I really appreciated the quality of their work, and the knowledge they both possessed. I would recommend them without hesitation!
